Used car tech left a hammer under the hood. Bounced around and had gotten caught on belt track. Just lucky it didn’t cause the belt to fly off.

He has a sticker in the back window that says West Coast Loggers. These 11.5 diffs are pretty tough. The spiders in the rear broke and the front ring gear stripped. The rear would still work but the spider gear chipped the ring gear in a couple spots.

It was a company rig and the owner didn’t know a thing. They brought it in for a misfire. Never seen a brake hose hose clamped to a broken line before.

Fun story in relation to the Mini: Back when I thought I was going to buy a N600 from Dallas, UHaul wouldn’t rent me a car carrier for it. The automatic system said “Go fuck yourself” (or something similar) and then insulted my car. I got mad and contacted them. Turns out they wouldn’t rent me a trailer because the N600s wheelbase track was too narrow to fit on the rails.
